Product Details

Our famous Grand Louvre walking tour begins with a stroll through the commercial area of the Louvre Museum.
The visit continues inside the museum where our guide presents various sections such as the medieval fortress, the modern pyramid and the most reputed masterpieces such as the "Mona Lisa" by Leonardo da Vinci.
 

Special Notes

At the end of the tour, you have the opportunity to stay longer, to eat, to go souvenir shopping at the Louvre: painting reproductions, vases, bowls and decorative items.

No elevators available during the visit.  Cloakroom compulsory for umbrellas, luggage, pushchairs that are not to be taken in the exhibition rooms.  This tour is not suitable for clients with walking difficulties.

End of the excursion at the Louvre museum

PLEASE NOTE: Due to a seasonal closing of Rivoli Terminal, from December 5th 2011 until March 31st 2012 this tour will leave from the terminal located at 2 RUE DES PYRAMIDES.

An information display will be set up at 214 rue de Rivoli, you will be welcomed and redirected to 2 RUE DES PYRAMIDES by a member of staff on site.

 

Times

1st April - 31st October 2011: 9.30am everyday except Tuesdays and the 1st Sunday of the month; 2.15pm Thursdays and 6.30pm Wednesdays & Fridays.

1st November 2011 - 31st March 2012: 9.30am on Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays except 1st Sunday of the month; 2.15pm Thursdays and 6.30pm Fridays.

Please note: you will need to select your departure time when booking so please take note of when each time is available.

Excludes 1st May, 14th July, 25th December and 1st January

The Louvre Museum closes at 10.00pm on Wednesdays & Fridays
